We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days to most Australian destinations. Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 10-14 business days.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are fully trackable once dispatched.
For a flat rate of $24.95, we offer express shipping within Australia. Express shipping is fully trackable via E-parcel, and a signature is required on delivery. Delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.
Overseas shipping is available to specific locations and shipping fees are calculated at the checkout for theses destinations. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary. While we strive to deliver within these timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
During certain periods of high order volumes, dispatch delays of 14-21 days may occur. If you require an update on dispatch times before placing your order, please contact us at hello@redirecovery.com.au
If your order includes items not currently in stock, we will provide an estimated delivery date. If we cannot fulfil your order within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund or select an alternative product.
If you cannot pick up your package from the original delivery address, Australia Post will hold your package at the nearest post office for up to 10 days. After this period, it will be returned to us.
If the package is returned, we will contact you to confirm a new delivery address. This may incur a re-delivery charge.
If you would like a refund, you can refuse the package upon delivery (do not sign for it), and it will be sent back to us. We will contact you to confirm your refund.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage passes to the courier. If your order is damaged in transit, delivered incorrectly, or not delivered despite tracking information showing otherwise, please contact Australia Post directly using the tracking number provided.
REDi Recovery is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will assist in resolving issues with the shipping carrier. Please contact us immediately if an issue arises.
