How often can I use Redi Recovery Boots?
Everyday, if you have any health concerns or current conditions that might be effected by compression to the legs such as heart, lung, or vascular disease, DVT, high blood pressure, fractures or pain or have any concern please consult your doctor before use.
When do I use Redi Recovery Boots?
Within 3 hours post exercise.
Before training to increase bloodflow or relax tight muscle
After long day of work if standing is required for majority of the shift such as nurses or tradies.
Can I use Redi Recovery Boots when I’m pregnant?
Yes it is deemed safe to use when pregnant and can be beneficial for reducing swelling in legs and provide comfort but we recommend asking your physician if its right for you.
Can the Redi Recovery Boots turn individual chambers off?
Yes all 8 chamber can be used independently.
Are there different sizes of Redi Recovery Boots?
Yes, 2 sizes. Medium, we recommend for youth or smaller population under 175cm tall. The large we recommend for people with a height greater than 175cm.
If you are using it for clubs or clinics where the heights of the user will vary, we recommend the large size as you can turn the chambers in the upper leg off and it has the exact same effect.
How do I clean Redi Recovery Boots?
Wiping the boots inner lining is recommended before each use using a non-toxic natural to wipe down the inners.
The motor/machine is not waterproof and should be cleaned with a dry cloth ONLY.
Can I take Redi Recovery Boots with me?
Yes, the boots and motor fit perfectly into the backpack and can be used wireless if battery has been previously charged
What if I have issue with Redi Recovery Boots?
